New York State Network Manager, NCRERN
Kellie Solowski is the New York State Network Manager for the National Center for Rural Education Research Networks at the Center for Education Policy Research. Previously, Kellie was an elementary school teacher in rural Arkansas and has also taught middle school history in Rochester, NY. Kellie received an M.S. in education policy with a concentration in program evaluation from the University of Rochester Warner School of Education. She has a B.A. in history from Columbia University where she was also a member of the women’s rowing team.
